I had my Tundra in for a trany fluid change and on the way home I heard some rattling noises, so when I got home I checked the under side and found two bolts missing from the skid plate and the three smal way home I heard some rattling noises, so when I got home I checked the under side and found two bolts missing from the skid plate and the three smaller bolts in the front where loose. The next morning I took it back and Scott apologized and took the truck in right away and took care of it for me. It was a huge disruption and inconvenience to my schedule and my day. But the way Scott handle it was spot on. The fact that bolts were missing and or loose and or over tightened, make costumers loose confidence in the quality of work that’s been done on there vehicle and question if the fluid change or brake jobs or what ever their vehicle is in for has been done properly. And it’s issues like this, that make people like me will do the work them selves, to know the job was done right. Do diligence needs to be a priority in the reinstallation of parts. More
