I started calling around to check on Toyota Sienna availability in December 2021. All the dealerships I spoke with were unhelpful. They said just call back and check in if we have our next allotment, availability in December 2021. All the dealerships I spoke with were unhelpful. They said just call back and check in if we have our next allotment, and then I would call back and they'd be sold out. In March 2022, I expanded my search to Lithia Toyota in Medford. Charles Whitley was the first person to actually help me. He listened to what my husband and I were looking for and he said as long as we had time to wait for it (we did) he could order us the van we wanted. In July 2022 it arrived and we are very pleased. Though Medford is a 4 hour drive from our Beaverton home, it was completely worth it for the excellent service we got through Medford Lithia Toyota. We highly recommend them. The costumer service was horrible. Scott was the employee who assisted me and was condescending and rude. I had an appointment to have my alignment checked and waited for 3 hours to fi Scott was the employee who assisted me and was condescending and rude. I had an appointment to have my alignment checked and waited for 3 hours to find out there was nothing to be fixed without any communication between. My front license plate was bent and the frame was broken. Scott did replace this after I came back into the dealership to let him know. I will give him credit for that. It overall was the worst service I have experienced thus far at Toyota. More
