It’s never a happy vacation day when your 25 year old Land Cruiser turns sickly. Nearly 500 miles from our home in California, gauges, tach, speedo, power windows and A/C all quit on a 107 degree tempera Land Cruiser turns sickly. Fortunately, the engine and brakes worked and we arrived at Lithia Toyota the next morning when they opened at 7:30. There were many service customers in line with reservations and the mechanics were already bustling but I was promptly greeted by Jarren Brown who was reassuring and professional, which was a boost from my panic of being stranded so far from home. Handing over the keys to my classic ride, I could see within minutes that it was being checked out. Several minutes later, Jarren phoned me that I was all checked out with a new fuse and all systems fully operational. That’s all?? I guess the 25 year old fuse served me well enough. But the sevice department at Lithia Toyota really hit a home run. Thanks guys. More

They were busy and I waited two hours to get oil change service . First time I had to wait in line to see service rep had an appointment at Eleven too .
