They are friendly and have a clean waiting area. Check in and check out staff are helpful. Technicians seem to miss some things each time. This time the service writer said they would vacuum the floors, front and vac, which was really needed and which we thought was very nice. However, even though it was printed out on the invoice, it was never done. Vince, the Service Writer, and Neal Cady, salesman whom we dealt with while waiting for our vehicle, were both great - very helpful and very nice. More
