I pulled up into the service lane, turned off my car, and waited and waited. No one came out. My previous Toyota Dealer ( Stephen Wade Toyota in St. George, Utah) always had someone right out to guide me t waited and waited. No one came out. I wish there was a sign with instructions, I.e., “Leave your key in the car and proceed to service desk inside.” Once I got signed in, it was all good and John was courteous and helpful. More
