Need to improve customer. Made an appointment to have my truck serviced and when I return several hours later they had not even started on it. I return several days later to have the service done. After the service was completed Scott sent me a text wanted to make sure everything went OK. The paperwork that I was given showed that there was an issue with my power steering so I texted Scott back asking what the problem was he never bothered to respond. I waited several days for a response and when I did it receive one and I drove down to talk to him personally. I feel that he should have returned my text. More

The Best! We were stranded out of state during the holidays. The staff really helped us; from getting our pickup diagnosed quickly, to getting us to a hotel a We were stranded out of state during the holidays. The staff really helped us; from getting our pickup diagnosed quickly, to getting us to a hotel and later a rental car. Julia H in service was amazing. She kept us informed at all times throughout the two month process. Bart made our day a little less stressful by getting us to a hotel even though it was after his work hours. The technician was experienced enough to recognize the first engine wasn’t up to par so reordered. Then refused the second engine as well. Engine #3 was a keeper. This showed a high level of professionalism and gave us confidence we were being taken care of. We were so happy with the service we received we would drive back up to Oregon to buy a car from this dealership. More
