Gas door wouldn’t open; they set an appointment, then helped me open the door (to get gas before appointment). Opening for actually IDed the problem; token spring. I m pretty sure the technicians are supposed to check all the fluids. my low brake fluid light came on in my wife’s Rav 4. I checked the Reservoir and it’s was almost completely empty. What if my wife’s brakes failed due to there not being any fluid and she died or killed someone else. We Paid for the 4 times a year oil changes and have taken the car in for regular service. Which means it has been missed several times that the brake fluid was low. More

This dealership has many years of records to draw from to be prepared to offer timely and effective service. My oil change took approximately 30 minutes, yet I had to wait from an early, 7:30 drop off until be prepared to offer timely and effective service.
