Attention to detail at this franchise is lacking. Shortly after getting the new care we add to add washer solution and add air to the tires. When we took it in for the first service we asked that they look after getting the new care we add to add washer solution and add air to the tires. The labor rate exceeds something abnormal. Never have experiend such a high rate. Also parts supply was fouled up. got the worng bolt which caused a full day’s delay. Yesterday the service department was able to speed up getting my truck serviced, and a salesman paired my new iPhone to the truck I’ve and helpful.
