All was excellent with one exception. Lithia Toyota seems to have a policy of charging for tire rotations for those who have not purchased tires at Lithia Toyota, even if the vehicle was purchased there with to have a policy of charging for tire rotations for those who have not purchased tires at Lithia Toyota, even if the vehicle was purchased there with the tires that are in it. The need to rotate tires elsewhere, to avoid an additional charge, when this is an fairly simple and fast procedure, is a big time sync for customers. Likewise, when loyal customers purchase a vehicle from Lithia in the Rogue Valley versus leaving to Portland, etc. we entrust our hard earned dollars to Lithia and do not expect the insult of being charged for a tire rotation after purchasing a service plan. Due to this I am unable to give the highest survey ratings. More
Not the first time I've rated this shop low, and for similar reasons this time as before. The line was short and they got me in for a oil change and lube. Except they didn't do the chassis lube. They get two stars for immediately pulling my vehicle back in and lubing the easy to check spot, being this want the first time. **Update, dealer said they would contact me about this issue so they can improve. Haven't heard from them in over a month. Just another example of saying they are going to do something and then not. I just want to be able to trust my vehicles it's getting serviced correctly. It shouldn't be so easy to find mistakes. More

Service was fine, but they are unable to provide a free car wash with every service call as I became accustomed to at my previous Toyota dealer. It certainly isn’t the fault of the young gentleman who che car wash with every service call as I became accustomed to at my previous Toyota dealer. This was probably the quickest oil change, inspection and tire rotation I have ever gotten at this location, and they did at least vacuum the front floor mats. More
They had the car we were looking for at the right price, and the sales team was knowledgeable and somewhat efficient, but they said get this price on the website and then when I agreed to that price, the pu and the sales team was knowledgeable and somewhat efficient, but they said get this price on the website and then when I agreed to that price, the purchase order added 2000 more as a standard dealership markup.
