All was excellent with one exception. The need to rotate tires elsewhere, to avoid an additional charge, when this is an fairly simple and fast procedure, is a big time sync for customers. Likewise, when loyal customers purchase a vehicle from Lithia in the Rogue Valley versus leaving to Portland, etc. we entrust our hard earned dollars to Lithia and do not expect the insult of being charged for a tire rotation after purchasing a service plan. Not the first time I've rated this shop low, and for similar reasons this time as before. The line was short and they got me in for a oil change and lube. Except they didn't do the chassis lube. Service was fine, but they are unable to provide a free car wash with every service call as I became accustomed to at my previous Toyota dealer.
