Thank you Mark, It’s a pretty simple matter of how the policy is. Recommend considering a change of your policy to include (at a minimum) tire rotation for tires that are on vehicles when purchased at Toyota. A more reasonable policy would be to include tire rotation in your pre-purchased maintenance packages as it is a quick thing to do and saves customers a lot of time going somewhere else. This would show that a positive experience is a top priority. Again, it’s been this policy for years… I just finally decided to write a review because usually when I ask, folks will just include it as a courtesy and inform me it is against policy… but not this time.
