It all seemed to work out well, thanks to their efforts. I was into my new Highlander before the big snow fall at Christmas and the 2022 Highlander performed with perfection allowing me to easily navigate the roads during the changing weather. Again, tip my hat to Bryce, David and the whole crew at Lithia Toyota for the continued service they provide to our community. More

Everyone is very nice and helpful, but the service is very expensive. I trust the people here, but find myself putting off maintenance because of cost. Maybe offer payment plans? Oil change took over 3!hours with an appointment! Then said I had oil spewing out of transmission and the t was so bad they didn’t have time to evaluate. Both Denny and Evan were professional and pleasant to work with. Both had a comfortable,conversational and non-confrontational style. I was disappointed that the truck I bought came with only one key, work with. Both had a comfortable,conversational and non-confrontational style. I was disappointed that the truck I bought came with only one key, no fobs and no key for the camper shell. After some initial resistance, it was agreed that Lithia would provide one fob. Also disappointing was that while both Lithia's online ads and the sticker on the truck listed it as having running boards, it did not and neither Denny nor Evan were able to resolve this in my favor. These are the reasons for my three star rating. I believe Lithia should stand behind it's advertising and should take greater care in the representations of both it's online advertising as well as the window sticker information. I received a letter from Lithia indicating that my wife's current vehicle, a 2018 RAV4 was sought by the dealership. As it turns out, another manufacturer was willing to pay substantially more for the RAV4 than what Lithia offered. This cost Lithia an additional sale on a new top of the line RAV4. More
