Scott was really knowledgeable, fully transparent, and appreciated our need for a straightforward, no games process. He kept us fully up to date on the delivery schedule, even through weather related delays, and fully accommodated our schedule as much as possible. Picking up the car at the dealership was very smooth and time efficient, and again with no games or hard sell on extras. Good, efficient service. Appointments are booked further out than they used to be, which can be inconvenient. Several weeks ago I tried to schedule a recall repair but, there is no way to do it that is out than they used to be, which can be inconvenient. Several weeks ago I tried to schedule a recall repair but, there is no way to do it that is remotely convenient since they don’t do loaner vehicles, don’t do recall work on weekends, and although this is the closest dealership to me, it’s still 1.5 hours from my home and I work Monday through Friday. This may be a Toyota issue rather than a dealer issue. None of this should reflect on the service I got on my last visit. More
