We recently brought our Tacoma in to have the scheduled oil change done. We were then informed that there were some things that were not done during the 30,000 mile checkup. Our service person said that because he didn't know what the tech may have said or didn't say at the time, he couldn't do anything to help. If a customer cannot depend on the dealership to perform all services included in a routine checkup that is covered under the warranty, they can't be trusted. I won't make that mistake again. We will be looking for another mechanic. More
