I have had issues with Lithia Toyota in the past. I will say it was very frustrating to have to wait 6 weeks to get in for an oil change appointment as well. On my recent visit however. Very disappointed in how I was treated, before the sale and after, I was asked to go get my husband before the sales person would even open the door.
