I have had issues with Lithia Toyota in the past. I will say it was very frustrating to have to wait 6 weeks to get in for an oil change appointment as well. On my recent visit however. The staff were excep say it was very frustrating to have to wait 6 weeks to get in for an oil change appointment as well. On my recent visit however. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the car was serviced very efficiently though. My other recent visits have been better as well. Seems you guys are on the upswing. Lol More
Very disappointed in how I was treated, before the sale and after, I was asked to go get my husband before the sales person would even open the door. The sales team didn’t seem to believe a woman would wan and after, I was asked to go get my husband before the sales person would even open the door.
