I chose a Toyota dealer so that I would have someone familiar with my Highlander to look at the weird suspension clank that I had. That was the right choice. my technician, Saul, took me took me out in the car for a test drive to check out the noise he also took me out afterwards to ensure that the work had been completed ,that is, that the noise was gone. And it was. I was concerned that being from out of state and in a bind I might get taken advantage of. However, I was treated very fairly and no parts had to be ordered and the work was completed in a timely professional manner. I clearly chose correctly correctly when I went to Lithia Toyota. I would like to add how great an asset Saul Is to the Lithia team . His experience, knowledge and integrity are something we all seek out in a mechanic or technician. The detail on my car was amazing. The service in the service center was not. Nothing terrible, just was ignored by multiple people and when I was finally helped, they were annoyed I didn’t know who my s service center was not.
