Good customer service. The issue was the paperwork said they vacuumed and cleaned the windows and it wasn't done. Was good service and quick. However I was used to getting my car washed for free when I had my Subaru at their dealership. Toyota did vacuum the front but doesn’t wash the car as pasty of their service. I su my car washed for free when I had my Subaru at their dealership. Also I would appreciate it if Toyota required all folks to wear their masks correctly when in the building. Several customers only wore them under their nose. Also face shields are ineffective and should not be considered instead of a face mask. At least one or two employees wore only face shields. Not Ok. More
