Lithia Toyota is a shining example of what a dealership looks like when nobody know what they are doing. First off they would not allow me to do a One Pay Lease. Second they were unable to figure out how t looks like when nobody know what they are doing. First off they would not allow me to do a One Pay Lease. Second they were unable to figure out how to register my vehicle in Florida, denied allowing me to do it myself, then agreed to title and register it in Washington. After driving away they notified me that they made a mistake with the tax rate and needed me to re sign the lease agreement days later after I had travelled across the country. From start to finish it took over 6 hours inside the dealership to get this deal done. 5 hours of that was them trying to figure out how to register my vehicle. Very disappointing experience. More
We recently had service on our 2020 Rav 4. all work was accomplished within the time we were give. This is the 4th vehicle we purchased from Lithia Toyota of Medford. As each time before, the staff was friendly and not the least bit pushy. We arrived in town with a 2004 Sienna that had cracked its engine and left to continue on our vacation with a 2012 Sienna. The service department diagnosed the problem quickly, despite an obvious high wor its engine and left to continue on our vacation with a 2012 Sienna. The service department diagnosed the problem quickly, despite an obvious high workload. We quickly pivoted to look at the dealership's stock of used minivans. The only one that fit our requirements had not even been cleaned for sale yet. We left about 24 hours after our initial arrival, able to continue on our journey of over 2,000 miles. We hauled stuff, shuttled seven people around for a day, visited colleges, and throughout, enjoyed the ride in our newer Sienna. Thanks, Toyota of Medford! The only thing they could have done to make it a better experience (other than lower the price ;-) was mask up. More
