Mr. Grossman, I do want to let you know I had to jump through hoops to get to the survey. Dealrater sent me two emails in which I was unable to open the survey. I had to write to their customer support to have them help me get to the survey. I find this a little irritating every time we visit Toyota, that we must complete a survey or the employee gets bad marks. This is not only with your dealership but with the dealership we used to visit in Southern California. I really don’t want to have to go through this every time we bring our car in, it’s annoying.
