My last three experiences at Toyota service department were terrible. When I called yesterday to address some things with the service manager and told him a little of what happened, he had no response at were terrible. Tammy gets all my praise. I had to bring my car back because of a fan noise. She came into my car with me and we figured out it was the seat fan that someone had switched on.
