It was packed (very busy) but Thomas was able to get me in and out. I had an appointment so that was the ticket. Jayna was very friendly and accommodating. We did not live near the dealership so she sent photos of the vehicle through text message. She helped us get approved over the phone. Just a thought for the que up for the service...Perhaps, those people with an appointment go into lane # 1 (priority) and can print out or show the phone screen to for the que up for the service...Perhaps, those people with an appointment go into lane # 1 (priority) and can print out or show the phone screen to the team member...Realize the computer system could use a handheld ipad, type in the license plate # and the car service is automatically updated and the service team member can process the client fast... Those without an appointment will be next in line based upon first come first serve protocol. More
