When I made the service appointment for my 2008 Highlander, I asked the scheduler to review my vehicle's service history and please inform me of all services needed in order to reserve an appropria Highlander, I asked the scheduler to review my vehicle's service history and please inform me of all services needed in order to reserve an appropriate time frame. I was told all it needed was an oil change. When I checked in, Jarren discovered 3 additional recommended service items that would require an additional couple of hours to complete. Unfortunately, I could not take the additional time and will have to schedule another appointment to complete the service. This is a frustrating inconvenience that I had hoped to avoid when I asked about the service history. More
