Mark, According to your response, there does not appear to be anything you can do to fix my dissatisfaction. 1. As you stated, you are too busy to wash the car (like all other oil change facilities do) "due to your huge load of vehicles you service every day." 2. You are also too busy to schedule an appointment within a day or two ( most get me in that day) for a simple oil change. Ten days out is just not working for my schedule. Even though I PAID for the Lifetime LOF, I will probably go to an independent, AND PAY THEM, if I find myself in a time crunch.
