I'm disabled and it was a bit challenging to get in Lithia; long line of cars. I tried to prepare myself for problems, and I asked ahead of time if there would be any upon arriving. There was a long line of cars so I waited behind them. No one was coming over so I called to get some assistance. Someone finally came and waived for me to park near him. When I went to the Service Desk and looked at what needed work I was happy to see that they were going to vacuum the carpet; I even mentioned that. I had also earlier asked that they do not move my seat. I am handicap and it takes hours to move the seat back to where it was. They moved my seat. (I did not know I could have had them get the car from my home, repair it, and then return my car.) I was happy that they drove us to Wendys to get lunch and return. When I was leaving I noticed they did not vacuum so I got out of the car and spoke to a woman Service Agent who explained because of COVID they can not do that without a HEPA filter. Then tell me that at the beginning! My Agent never said anything about that. It was even on the paperwork I signed that my car would be vacuumed inside. I had a 2:30 pm appointment but my car sat there for almost an hour before it was worked on. I'm High Risk for the COVID virus but had to sit there for 3 hrs. I don't like to use the "disabled card" but my friend said I should have. Maybe they could ask if there are any Special Needs? I rarely use this email address so its been a while, I don't recognize anyone. The experienced woman's photo is not there to pick from. This web page won't let me leave until I rate people. I don't know these people. Other than all that. . . I'm glad they are there to do the service. More
