Communication was an issue along with critical misinformation about oil change services. I was led to believe that oil changes were part of what this dealership offered, then told it's part of the misinformation about oil change services. I was led to believe that oil changes were part of what this dealership offered, then told it's part of the extended warranty, then told it's something separate I'd have to pay for. Wait time was longer than quoted to receive my car as well. Sales person was nice though. I feel like I would get better service and a better price elsewhere as I paid for my car in full without need for financing, so I don't expect to buy a another car here and won't be recommending this dealership. Again, Josh the sales person was fine, but that isn't a good enough reason to spend another $30,000 More
