I will get my car serviced as the warranty calls for, but I don't believe that you can adequately address my concerns. It was abundantly clear to me, as an auto body professional, that your staff was trained to give improper maintenance advice that would drastically reduce the life of my car. They even doubled down saying my car only needs an oil change every 10k miles which is 100% false. I won't put my less mechanically inclined friends in a position to be lied to by your dealership.
