I've purchased 3 consecutive Priuses from Lithia in Medford. The first two were great experiences with the service dept. This third one has shown how the dealership has turned away from excellent cus Medford. The first two were great experiences with the service dept. This third one has shown how the dealership has turned away from excellent customer service to barely mediocre customer service. In the past it has been if you purchases a 'lifetime' oil change package with those oil changes comes window washes inside and out, vacuuming the interior of the car, tire rotation, oil change drop in, no appt necessary. Now even though I purchases the car from the dealership along with the tires it's $12.95 for a tire rotation after the first 5 oil changes. Oil changes require an appt, otherwise they will "work you in". Appts are scheduled nearly 2 weeks out. No vaccuming due to COVID, and apparently no window washing either. It's too bad that I won't recommend Lithia Toyota anymore to my friends. More
