Customer service personnel were very helpful and friendly. . The service desk was under-staffed. Only one person at the service desk trying to help customers and answer phone calls. I had a service appointment. I was told it would be an hour wait. After an hour and a quarter I went to check on my car. Paperwork was ready, I signed off. They couldn't find my keys. After scrambling hour wait. After an hour and a quarter I went to check on my car. Paperwork was ready, I signed off. They couldn't find my keys. After scrambling about for 5 minutes or so, they realized that they did NOT yet work on my car. They worked on the wrong "blue Prius." I had to wait another 45 minutes which messed up my whole afternoon. Not only that, I have no idea if they actually did the tire rotation. I know they didn't clean the windows. They gave me back the same paperwork I had already signed off on. I was late, so I left before it occurred to me that I have no idea about those details. For goodness' sakes they didn't even check the license plate number of the car on the work order!!! The clerk "gave" me a free mini-detail for the next time, plus $30 off the next service. That's basically useless to me since I purchased lifetime oil changes for my new 2018 Prius at the time. More

Contact Lithia and tell them you want to deal with Scott Weigand. He is the man. No nonsense, just ready to make it happen for you as the prospective buyer. You kicking tires? He'll patiently help you focus, and zero in on the vehicle you need. Already know what you want? He'll get it for you. How do I know? Initially I was "kicking tires'. From the initial contact until the point I put a deposit down on incoming inventory that met my specific desires in terms of options etc. to the proverbial "t"... Scott met me at my interest and desire level and never ever got pushy. Always polite and helpful and non-invasive! I did a bunch of research on my own, figured out what I wanted, circled back and discussed it with him, and Scott found it for me. Great experience - no BS, total respect for covid protocals when I went in to close the deal... this was really the optimal car buying experience. Very pleased with the truck and very happy with the buying experience. Would recommend buying your vehicle with Scott Weigand @ Lithia on line. Easiest car purchase you'll likely ever have. More
