Repairs that my truck was brought in for were not done. asked them to fix windshield washer and was not done. It was supposed to be checked out and I picked it up and they said it was fine. Tried it out on the way home did not work and no washer fluid in it. So how could it work fine like they said. When I got home I checked it out and it was leaking fluid and no pressure. I called back and asked why. The answer was it will cost me 143.00 labor to check it out when I spent 3000.00 on a warranty? I have been buying cars from Lithia since 1993. I know I'm not very well liked there but at least they could be fair. I also was told my inside filter was very dirty and I had them change it out when you replaced my blower motor. The problem I have is I had it in for a oil service prior to that and they said it was checked? As far as the windshield washer goes not happy. I was almost told to take it somewhere else since it would be 143.00 to check it out. Why did I spend 3000.00 on a bumper to bumper warranty as I was told when I paid that and now it cost money. And finally I was told a mouse could have chewed the rubber hose this is the 3rd time I have heard this from the service Dept. I hope that there will be a good out come to this. I had my Prius in for recall headlight service. It took 2 trips as they needed to order a part (which they should have known they would need). The right headlight was never as bright as the left but it worke trips as they needed to order a part (which they should have known they would need). Very little give on the price of a new car, but I guess that is the new standard since cars are now priced lower to begin with. Was in and out in one hour(ish) which was nice for a new car purchase!
