I saw my car was done, followed the gentleman inside who had fixed the headlight, and although he wanted to hand me the paperwork, he was told to wait for the person who had checked me in. Once he was free, he took the next person waiting to be checked in, even though he knew all I had to do was take the paperwork and pay, and he also knew I was cutting it close to get to an appointment. I don't know if that was just "following protocol" or being thoughtless, or if it was a purposeful ding. ? Did I offend him somehow? However it was, I didn't feel valued. I always come to Lithia Toyota, and I love most of the service people. But this wasn't a great experience this time. Sorry to say. One of the nicest people there is John Oppy--I only get to deal with him occasionally now. But he really makes you feel welcome and like he wants to help you. The particular gentleman I dealt with this time was disappointing. I generally don't fill these out unless I can say something positive, but I thought this time it was worthwhile. Maybe he was just having a bad day. :( More

Joshua St. Germaine and Bryce Beatty were calm, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. They helped us meet our needs regarding the type of car we bought, find the car with the features we cared about, and ge knowledgeable and patient. At no point did we feel pushed or steered to something we weren't comfortable with. From past experience, that's often not how it goes with car buying. More

Had a 7:30 appointment. Arrived at 7:05 and lot was still chained closed. I was the forth vehicle in line and barely out of the street. Saw several employees moving around. Seems like they should have noticed and allowed us onto the lot and out of the driveway. Lot was finally opened at about 7:15. Service desk didn't open until about 7:30. Was able to check-in at 7:45. Service advisor was nice, polite and apologetic. Vehicle sat out in lot until around 8:15. Discouraging for a 7:30 appointment. This review forces me to select an employee that I worked with. I think I selected the correct one, but I did not commit his name to memory. More
