John McNerny was great and the car was serviced on time and all jobs were completed. I took a shuttle home as the car was in for 4-5 hours as expected. My only complaint was that the other passenger in t and all jobs were completed. I took a shuttle home as the car was in for 4-5 hours as expected. My only complaint was that the other passenger in the shuttle was not wearing a face covering. I noticed him in the waiting room without one either. He probably thinks Covid is a big hoax but it’s not and you should not allow people without face coverings in either the waiting room or on your shuttles. The shuttle particularly is an invitation for spreading the virus if someone carried it and was without a face covering. You have the right to deny them use of your facilities if people refuse to wear face coverings and you should be interested in protecting your other customers. Everyone else was wearing face coverings. Fix this! Thanks. Peter More

I took my 4 Runner in for the 1 year check up and oil change, they changed the Cabin Air Filter. Got home and the blower was making a noise so I took it back and they jumped right on it and fixed it ( a change, they changed the Cabin Air Filter. Got home and the blower was making a noise so I took it back and they jumped right on it and fixed it ( a leaf was stuck in there ). They did a great job. Thank you Joe K. More
