I brought my Highlander in for an oil change at 10:30. John M. estimated it would be ready between 11:30 and 11:45. Because two of the oil change bays were not used apparently for early lunch break, the John M. estimated it would be ready between 11:30 and 11:45. Because two of the oil change bays were not used apparently for early lunch break, the car was not ready until 12:45. I usually am pleased with the service but it didn’t work out today. Certainly not John’s fault (he’s always great), maybe no one really, but not a good experience. More
