Usually a 5 star. Recent surgery, on crutches, limited mobility. Needed assistance opening the door, driver stayed with car. Am able bodied enough to strong arm the door. No one offered. There's excellent training for staff to assist customers with any kind of disability, noticeable or not. Check with OR Seniors and Persons with Disabilities program. Put a chair and traffic mirror on the far end of the building where the assigned reps are in cubes. My driver saw my distress, standing, when the guy behind me was addressed before me by the guy in the next cube. (he went to find my rep for the guy, not me) Our rep made excuses, excuses are like xxxxxxxx, everyone has one. The waiting area is on the other end of the building, not efficient for a person using a mobility appliance. This short time in my life has made me incredibly aware and I have had that service to persons with disabilities training. I would advise this training, I/we are customers too. More

John was super helpful in steering me toward the best maintenance for my car at this time along with an oil change.
