They not only do what's needed, but always seem to do extra checks and provide advice - including how to maximize my two years of Toyota Care coverage and my 3-year warranty coverage. Every time they give advice for extras, such as a new air filter, they both show me the current condition and explain how the part works. I feel like they do a great job of keeping my car functioning properly, preventing problems down the road. Super friendly and very prompt. More

I have used Lithia Toyota service for some nine years - it has been a bumpy road at times with a few pretty negative experiences mixed with good ones. But my most recent visit was terrific! John McNerney was friendly and informative, keeping me informed as my pickup was serviced and got me out in a timely manner (less time than he had estimated at beginning). John also (thoroughly) answered several questions I had and offered extra advice for recommended servicing. He approached our interaction with respect, depth of knowledge, and humor. Thanks! More

Warranty work done right. Found a small spot of paint peeling on my 2017 Tacoma Pickup where bare metal was showing. It looked like it had been covered up before it was sold new to me. But I only noticed it 3 weeks before the warranty expired. I took it into John at Litha. He worked hard for me to get it corrected by Toyota. It took a while getting the repair work scheduled, but the final paint work was excellent. Appreciate your help John Oppy. Thank you. More

quick and easy Going into my morning I was expecting to drop off the vehicle and take a shuttle to work. Thomas said since it was early in the morning the service would take 25 minutes or so. They were able to do a regular service on my 4 Runner within 20 minutes! I DID NOT sit long at all. I greatly appreciate the quick service allowing me to get to work on time. More
