Tom was great! I went in for an oil change, had a scheduled appointment so it should only take 45 mins to an hour. We sat for an hour and half, then Tom came out and I went in for an oil change, had a scheduled appointment so it should only take 45 mins to an hour. We sat for an hour and half, then Tom came out and said they found something wrong with my battery and were in the process of replacing it. It was all under warranty, so it was FREE!
