Recent service visit. All employees we had contact with were great. Everyone was courteous and friendly. The only issue we had was our expectation of the scheduled vehicle service package.. We purchased a paint and interior preservation package with our new 2019 Highlander Hybrid Platinum in November. When we returned to pick up our vehicle, the exterior and interior windows were not cleaned and there were still scratches in the paint on the tailgate. Our assumption was all inclusive and that the vehicle would be washed prior to the exterior paint preservation product. Apparently this is not done. Only the paint is "washed"? It was disappointing that the vehicle wasn't showroom clean. Now another appointment is needed to remove the scratches,, which were acknowledged in November. Service did clean the windows for us and we acknowledged our appreciation. This not a personnel issue. More
