Lack of knowledge I was very disappointed with my recent experience while getting my service done my my 2018’ Tundra. Let me start by saying all the people I talked to I was very disappointed with my recent experience while getting my service done my my 2018’ Tundra. Let me start by saying all the people I talked to were very courteous. The disappointing part was the lack of knowledge and the failure to complete the service properly. The tires were suppose to be rotated and I asked for the maximum air pressure to be put in them. When the service was done I was told that they put 40lbs in the tires. Although this is way above the recommended pressure, I accepted the explanation. After an hour and many stops, I noticed that the cars dash tire pressure monitor was not registering the proper new air pressure. When I called the service department to find out about the discrepancy and why they weren’t reading the new pressure, I was told they would call me back. The answer was maybe 5 minutes. This should have been checked when the service was done. Now I have to make another appointment and take the truck back. Another answer that seem to stump everyone was what version Entune is installed in my new truck. After an hour of waiting, I was sent out to the small shed in the parking lot to the yard man. Although very friendly, he was no expert. Since I bought this truck new from Lithuania Toyota, I expect better service. I’m not sure that you folks are the most knowledgeable about your products. The reason that I bring the truck to you is professional service on the products you sell. Big DISAPPOINTMENT. Also, I’m not sure the tires were rotated as the pressure was the same as I put in them prior to when I brought the truck in, or very close. If it wasn’t still under warranty, I would probably take the truck somewhere else. It’s the little things as well as the big ones that make the difference. More
