Walk-in lifetime oil change I wake up early to get into the walk-in line and I was greeted by a kind gentleman who gave me a number. I said I wanted the full experience and got what I asked for First time buying a new car from a dealership, so i don't have much to compare my experience with. Liane House was the first person I spoke with at th First time buying a new car from a dealership, so i don't have much to compare my experience with. Liane House was the first person I spoke with at the dealership. From square one I told them I wanted the full experience and I got everything I asked for except when they asked me what I thought a fair price was for the car I wanted to buy, a 2020 RAV4 XLE Hybrid, I told them free :) it got some chuckles. I test drove a car on Friday night and then went back and test drive another car on Saturday morning. When we finished up with the test drive Saturday, I told them I had to go get breakfast, that I needed to mull it over and I'd be back. Well, I went back as I said I would and saddled up for the purchase. Liane House was kind and a very personable individual. For being fairly new I think she did a fine job and with a little brush up on mechanical aspects of the cars I think she will be batting 100% and making Lithia's best sales folks sweat. For a lot of folks having someone talk about the number of USB ports and dual climate control is very important, but for me I need someone who can explain the mechanical difference between the different RAV4s and Bryce Beatty gave me just what I was looking for. Bryce did a great job illustrating via pen/paper the workings of a planetary gear system. I wish I could remember the individuals name (Evan?) that I price bartered with, I appreciated his candor and I appreciate Liane being there through the entire process. Prior to this adventure, my mind's eye always envisioned the bartering as being much more intense and maybe even ending in a wrestling match, but what I found was that Evan actually cared about my time/money as well as his time and Lithia's money, at least I feel like he did (good employee). Cate was a pleasure to work with and I'm thankful for her advice and guidance. I'll take her advice and guidance with me into the future. I think the process took about 3 hours. All in all, my experience was pleasant and other than being in debt I really don't have anything negative to say. The fancy seat is what sold me. First time in my life having an electric seat and I can't stop adjusting it. I would like to say that I understand it's a business and I feel I paid a fair price based on market value. I hope my future experiences at Lithia Toyota in Medford are comparable. Also, I've been averaging 38 mpg and the electric AWD did a good job in the snow. I feel I've been honest and fair in this review and I simply ask that you continue to be kind if I seek your help in the future. You're welcome Lithia!! ;) I'll be seeing you soon!!! new tires installed. I made an appointment to have 4 new tires installed. I was given a 10 oclock appointment the following week. I arrived a few minutes early. I was told it would take 3 hours to install the tires. I thought that was excessive, especially since I had an appointment. But it took 4 hours to replace 4 tires!!! Very frustrating. More
