The service advisor always keeps you advised if there are any problems or issues with your vehicle, and updates you in a timely manner when your vehicle will be completed. Since advancing Mark to Service Manager I find it to be more organized and not so hectic. More

Trust vs service dept being a profit center On the previous visit I specifically pointed out that a tail light was out. They did not fix that but sold me a new set of tires. This had not changed, but they did sell me several services that I can not be sure were needed. It seems evident that instructions have been given to look for opportunities to sell. More
