Friendly and helpful I needed special bulbs for my headlights as well as a replacement for my tail light. . Jarren went out of his way to find them for me. He was able to get them ordered and delivered the very next day. He is very patient and friendly and I appreciated his appreciation for my busy schedule. He was able to get me in and out in less than an hour. I also appreciated his intuition regarding my new bulbs- the new bulb created a difference between my two taillights and he gave me the option to upgrade the other so I had a matching set. He could have not mentioned it and I would probably not have noticed at first. I am very happy I don't have to make a second trip to address that issue. More

Blessing after trials My car was totaled by a drunk driver just as I was leading into an externship for veterinary assisting that would require me to travel upward of an 80 My car was totaled by a drunk driver just as I was leading into an externship for veterinary assisting that would require me to travel upward of an 80 mile radius on my days off from my full time employment. Lithia Toyota of Medford worked with my husband and I to make acquiring a newer, dependable vehicle that we could afford on our tight budget a worry free experience. We were pleasantly surprised at both their professional conduct and their genuine desire to help, rather than the general "sleazy salesman" many people expect to encounter. I was approved for a car that exceeded my expectations with payments I can afford without struggling to do so, and I am now able to complete my externship and help my family achieve a better quality of life. That's why I've rated it 5 stars and would recommend Lithia Toyota of Medford. More
Fron brke job I have always had good dealings with Lithia Toyota in the past. This time, was a big hassle First: I was told, after I had already brought t the car I have always had good dealings with Lithia Toyota in the past. This time, was a big hassle First: I was told, after I had already brought t the car in and signed up for repair work, that the shuttle no longer could take me, or pick me back up, in Talent. I had always used the shuttle before without question. This time the service writer and the driver had to check with their boss to get special permission for the shuttle to take me to Talent, and bring me back later. .Also, I was told the job would be 3 hours,,After over five hours, I called for the shuttle to take me back to Lithia, and still had to wait more than a half hour after I came back, to get my car. Really unusual, but I assume, now, that in order to have work done again, that I should plan to sit in the dealership for a long time, or have someone pick me up and bring me back. Not good, Lithia! More

Inside I dealt with Tom Pitts, who not only made my appointment last week when I was in, but also dealt with me the day of service. He had my RAV-4 looked at right on time and within 50 minutes I was ready to go feeling satisfied with the service, Lithia has streamlined the process of service giving the customer information on what station to go to and who to speak with. The added touch of corresponding with you via text is helpful. More
