Not sure what to think I love the truck I purchased, and my salesman was great. However, there was an issue with one tire not holding air. It was looked at, but nothing done I love the truck I purchased, and my salesman was great. However, there was an issue with one tire not holding air. It was looked at, but nothing done. When we got home it was low again. We noticed while we were putting air in the one tire that there are 3 different brands of tires on the truck! That is not OK!! I have no option but to buy new tires for my truck, but they will not be here for a week. So we have to put air in the defected tire every other day until then. This is crap. Not sure I will buy another truck from Lithia Toyota. Scott and Cate were great though. More

I bring my business here because of the extraordinary, professional service I receive at this establishment. John thoroughly explains everything to me, alerts me to any problems the mechanics might find, and gives me options to consider. Oil Change My car was due for an oil change during the time my car was serviced. I went ahead and requested that the oil change happen during that time. When I got the bill for the service that was done on my vehicle, it did not indicate the cost of the oil change, however I knew what I would be paying for the service. I was astounded at the cost for the oil change. You charge twice as much as any local oil and lube center. I would like to continue going to your service center for oil changes, but I cannot find any justification for paying twice as much, and having to wait twice as long. It would be awesome if you could consider re-evaluating your cost structure, and the timeframe it takes to have an oil change. This is specifically why I chose not to add the lifetime oil changes to my contract. I don’t have the time to wait 2 to 3 hours for an oil change, and I still cannot justify paying twice as much to have my oil changed at your service center. More
