We were in and out within a couple of hours. We will definetly go back and buy our next car there! I have already been telling friends and family about the no hassle experience we came away with! There are some salesmen that could learn a thing or two from these 2 guys. More
Great service I didn’t have an appointment since I just came in for an oil change. I should have realized my Tundra was due for its 30,000 mile service, but Thomas I didn’t have an appointment since I just came in for an oil change. I should have realized my Tundra was due for its 30,000 mile service, but Thomas pointed that out to me. I know vehicles will last longer and have fewer problems if serviced regularly, so Thomas got my Tundra in for service without an appointment. Service was completed in less time than estimated and they did a great job. Very friendly also. More

No direction , no greeting, JUST ok customer service I went in for a oil change and a vehicle check.up. i waited for 7 min. Beforw being asked a single question. I had to ask where the water fountain was I went in for a oil change and a vehicle check.up. i waited for 7 min. Beforw being asked a single question. I had to ask where the water fountain was, after standing there for 10 min it was a little warm.in the office i became.very thirsty. After finding it my self i walked past the free coffee area and was just shocled i had not even been offered a cup of coffee or anything to drink. At the very lease someone should be greeted and offered soemthing to drink if the establishment is aware it will be a few minutes before someone is to stary helping you. Any ways i really lime the history ofnthe company and the intergrety i belive the company has. I dont think i will.allow.one bad experience to stop me from doing buisness with lithia but i will take every opportunity i can not to go back to this perticuler lithia dealership.. The only good interaction i had from the workers that day was the shuttle driver and he tols me the wholw history of lithia and was very perfessional. He explained it so well i have thought of employment with the company based on the story and his appreciation for his job. More

Tundra TRD SPORT Had been looking for a new truck for almost a year. Considered Chevy, Ford, and Toyota. Looked at Lithia's online site and found what I was looking fo Had been looking for a new truck for almost a year. Considered Chevy, Ford, and Toyota. Looked at Lithia's online site and found what I was looking for. Went down to the dealers lot and talked to Brian Berg, great guy, he showed me the Tundra I was looking at online. He then introduced us to Steven Kahae. We took the Tundra for a test drive, as we were driving Steven was telling my wife about all the features. When we got back to the lot he went in to more detail about all the safety features. SOLD, love the truck. We then started the finance paper work. Steven and Brian went over all the finance options, very informative. After choosing one option we started all the paper work, which only took about 45 minutes from start to finish. My only concern about the Tundra was the reviews of the gas mileage being poor. We choose Quality over mileage. After the purchase we took a trip to Wyoming, surprise if the on board computer is correct we averaged 18.3 mpg and our best was 19.6 mpg. We could not be happier. More
