Just in for oil change I have given 5 stars, as the service is always great. They brought to my attention that I also had a dirty filter, even though I was in for only an oi I have given 5 stars, as the service is always great. The only negitive thing to the whole experience everytime, seems to be the long wait time. We live in Prospect, and if I don't leave by 6:30 a.m., I'm there for hours, just waiting for an oil change. I know you're busy... and for you that's a good thing, but I've waited over two and a half hours in the waiting room for just a routine oil change. An hour down there, and another back, and two & a half hours in the waiting room, a stop for gas & a little groceries, and I've shoot the whole day More

His knowledge of each vehicle was extremely important in discerning pros and cons for what we needed. I can’t recommend David enough for helping others out there find the perfect auto match. Great Experience I had to take my Sienna in for an emergency recall of the passenger airbags. While in there, I was able to get not only that taken care of, but oil ch I had to take my Sienna in for an emergency recall of the passenger airbags. While in there, I was able to get not only that taken care of, but oil changed, breaks replaced, and a second recall done! John and the staff were so accommodating and helpful! More
