Great Experience I had to take my Sienna in for an emergency recall of the passenger airbags. Friendly folks, but the process always takes too long. The initial sales was as usual, however, the follow up was not. The truck needed some warranty work done and the dealer was going to get me the name The initial sales was as usual, however, the follow up was not. The truck needed some warranty work done and the dealer was going to get me the name and contact number for the repairs. I had to call back over a week later to get the information. The salesman was on his day off and would get me the information the following day. He should have given me someone at the dealer to contact to get that information immediately. That happened yesterday, so we'll see if I get it today. More
