I brought my car in for standard oil change and was aware of needing two other fluids replaced from my previous visit 6 months before. Joe said the price had gone up on that service but that he would honor the price quoted at that time. I really appreciated that and dispelled the notion that dealership try to rip you off! Lithia has always been fair with me and their employees are very knowledgable. Time in and out was less than two hours even though they discovered a couple extra things that needed attention. Joe did call and let me know it would take a little longer than originally quoted. My only concern was when I called to make the appointment I had to wait three weeks. Just good to know that this location is very busy and take that into consideration when scheduling a maintenance service. More

our 2nd visit to Lithia Service This was our 2nd visit to Lithia Service and on both occassions the staff was great, the wait was brief. We were even given a ride home to Jacksonvill This was our 2nd visit to Lithia Service and on both occassions the staff was great, the wait was brief. We were even given a ride home to Jacksonville when we didn't drive our other car to Medford. We had an appt. to correct the tire alignment and guessed it would only take 45 mins. or so but they were very busy with a big tire sale. We were given a ride home by a very friendly guy and got a call about an hour later informing us that our Acura MDX (that we bought at Lithia) was almost ready for pickup. More
