Technicians were thorough in spotting the need for a replacement battery, This additional need for service was communicated to secure approval. Not sure which John advised us, so I checked both. FYI: We don't usually respond to surveys like this because every business wants to survey and it is time consuming to respond to all of them. We are glad to be able to bring this vehicle to one place for maintenance. Thank you. More

Their inventory had a great variety and I found exactly what I wanted. I worked with Kiefer, who was incredibly helpful and down-to-earth. I had an idea of the vehicle I intended to purchase and he was very knowledgeable about the makes and models that were available. The process was painless and quick- I was in and out in around 4 hours! Overall, I am very impressed with my experience as well as satisfied with my purchase! More

Long wait with a appointment My issue with this visit is I scheduled the appointment there when I ordered the tires. Apparently the information didn’t transfer thru. When I arrive My issue with this visit is I scheduled the appointment there when I ordered the tires. Apparently the information didn’t transfer thru. When I arrived at first they couldn’t find my appointment and then when they did, I was given a timeline of 2 hours max. 3 hours later I was told that because they didn’t see my appointment at first they put someone in front of me, but it shouldn’t be more than another 30 minutes. 45 minutes later they finally finished so instead of 2 hours which I was expecting I was there for almost 4 hours. If I had been told 4 hours up front I would not have elected to remain and wait. More
