Dropped In and my car was done by time I finished my burger! I rolled in around noon on a Saturday to get the 20,000-mile oil change and service on my 2019 Rav 4. There was a whole pile of cars before mine so I walked down to In and Out Burger and had lunch and walked back my car was just going into the service bay and shortly after that they were done and I was back on the road! However, what I wouldn't have expected is their willingness and promptness in getting it replaced. I came in to a room full of people, whom I assume, had made appointments and thought I would be waiting 5 hours for they tech's to be able to fit me in. But, to my surprise, they were able to get the battery changed out AND deal with a recall within an hour, or so. Lithia has always provided great customer service, this visit was no different. More

Disaster turned into Awesome Experience! It all started with routine oil change and me asking that something was wrong with my air conditioning and would they check it too. John Oppy called a It all started with routine oil change and me asking that something was wrong with my air conditioning and would they check it too. John Oppy called and said that they found the problem and now were figuring out what to do. He said you aren't going to like what we found and are you sitting down. You see I had a creature get in around my engine and it had decided to eat the cords etc, and do lots of damage. The nice service guy had to take my highlander apart, dashboard and all to check to find all the damage. I thought that my Highlander was a goner! It took them almost three weeks but it was definitely was worth the wait. You fixed my SUV!!! Who ever the service guy was that worked on taking apart, getting new parts, and then putting them all back into my highlander - YOU ARE AMAZING!!!!!! More
