All I needed was a 5,000 mile checkup and a tire rotation. My appointment was honored, the work was done and I was on my way in about an hour. I have another issue. I want the driver’s side to un rotation. My appointment was honored, the work was done and I was on my way in about an hour. I have another issue. I want the driver’s side to unlock or lock all 4 doors and the hatch door. The service technician said this could be done but scheduled in advance. If this is true this is a design deficiency. My 2007 Prius allowed me to make that change myself. I find nothing about this in my 2019 Prius’ Owners Manual. More
