Fast, easy, and relaxed visit! I waited for a little over an hour for my four month check up on my Toyota. But, I was expecting that due to no appt. was set. I dealt with Jared at t I waited for a little over an hour for my four month check up on my Toyota. But, I was expecting that due to no appt. was set. I dealt with Jared at the customer service desk. And he was awesome as always! The waiting room was nice, clean, etc. The soda and food machines had goodies and the coffee was full!!! I had an awesome visit. My gas cap was left open, I don't think they did anything with my gas line, so I'm thinking it was left open before I came into Toyota, at the service station. Oh, and thank you to the service men, or ladies that vacuumed out my front floor mats, they really did need to be cleaned. Thank you for going the extra mile. You guys ROCK!!!!!! More
