Oil/tire change success. Fell short on transmission flush I always use lithia for my lifetime oil changes and go to the dealership close to my life. They’ve been offering transmission flush service as it was I always use lithia for my lifetime oil changes and go to the dealership close to my life. They’ve been offering transmission flush service as it was due by time. Finally I agree to do the service and after waiting for just over 2 hours I was informed they couldn’t do the service because they didn’t have a special tool to do it. I was referred to got over to the specific dealership of my make of car or to a local transmission repair place. I felt frustrated that after being offered the service many times I finally afford to do it and they fell short. Especially when they advertise they service all makes and models. More

Late for work I got to the service line 30 mins before opening, I was first in the garage when the doors opened. I expected to be there 30mins for an oil change and I got to the service line 30 mins before opening, I was first in the garage when the doors opened. I expected to be there 30mins for an oil change and ended up approving the brake fluid replacement. It took the service department an hour to change the oil and I had to cancel the brake fluid replacement because I was late for work. I could of gone through a quick lube and been on the road within 30 mins. Overall not a good experience. Jared that helped me at the desk was really nice, accommodating but the service in the garage was a snails pace compared to what I'm use to. Also, asked them to replace a bulb which I supplied and they lost in my engine compartment. They went to install the second bulb and dropped it in the engine compartment. So I still have a light out and brake fluid that needs replaced. I received an oil change and cabin filter replacement which I think took over an hour to do. And I was late to work. More
