The service was great. Walked in with the intention to look/buy a new Tacoma, and was able to test drive two vehicles I had had my eyes on. The test drive and paper work were pretty effortless. Overall th look/buy a new Tacoma, and was able to test drive two vehicles I had had my eyes on. The test drive and paper work were pretty effortless. Overall the shopping experience was great. The only blip on an otherwise great experience, would be the 15 min plus wait for my vehicle to be “washed” only to get it back with water spots on the windshield and streaks on the back windows. It was clearer to see out the windows during the test drive. More
Very good, but My experience was definitely positive, altho it does take a few hours to get the paperwork done even when preapproved. The salesman was very good. The only downside was after the paperwork and sale were finalized I was handed a single key. Had I known that beforehand I could have made other arrangments. Now I've got to live with one key until I can purchase another, one. I think I should have been informed of this before signing the paperwork. Other than that, I would give 5 stars. More

TRAVELING THROUGH AREA As I was traveling through the Rogue Valley, I noticed that one of my headlights was burned out ~ not a good situation for freeway driving. I found Lithia Toyota was close by so I stopped in to have it replaced. Additionally, I had been having trouble recently with my key fob and asked about that . . . it was tested and found that the battery needed replacement. Both issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. Thank you! More

I was told there were no appointments available on both the two days I inquired about. That was a first... usually that is plenty of time to schedule. The person on the phone was not very helpful. So on one of my days off I took a chance and stopped by. The service people were very nice, told me they were not very busy and I was able to get the oil changed. I purchased the lifetime oil changes when I bought the car. I was told it would be about an hour but it was closer to two. But I was able to get the service that was needed when it was convenient for me. More
