I found Lithia Toyota was close by so I stopped in to have it replaced. Additionally, I had been having trouble recently with my key fob and asked about that . . . it was tested and found that the battery needed replacement. I was told there were no appointments available on both the two days I inquired about. That was a first... usually that is plenty of time to schedule. The person on the phone was not very helpful. So on one of my days off I took a chance and stopped by. The service people were very nice, told me they were not very busy and I was able to get the oil changed. I purchased the lifetime oil changes when I bought the car. I was told it would be about an hour but it was closer to two. But I was able to get the service that was needed when it was convenient for me. More
