My service experience for oil change and new battery install I have worked with Thomas, as my service Advisor, for three years now. I like him because I find him to be trustworthy and he explains everything to m I have worked with Thomas, as my service Advisor, for three years now. I like him because I find him to be trustworthy and he explains everything to me. He works very hard and LONG hours. As far as Lithia Toyota, the thing that disappoints me is they don't offer enough coupons for service items, like coolant flush, transmission service or a general coupon for any service with 20% off etc. Bart is SOOOOO helpful too! It is great the way he can assist customers with things like helping me to secure my license plate to the front of my vehicle. It is wonderful to have Bart there in this position! I have dealt with about 8 Toyota dealerships with my car ownership. DeLuca Totyota in Ocala, FL has been my favorite because of the very regular coupons they provide to their customers. I'd also like to add that the persistent reviews that we consumers are asked to spend time doing should account for a "reward" back to the reviewer. I suggest Lithia give a FREE oil change or an appropriate percent off ( 15- 20 %) in a service coupon. More

2016 Tacoma Transmission TSB My Tacoma is one of the early 2016's that had significant transmission issues. This update is supposed to address many of those issues. The update is free if you're within the warranty period. The update was released by Toyota after I was already out of warranty so I had to pay for it.....seems odd considering the problems have been present since day one and I've requested a fix many times. Tom was very professional and helpful. The reason for my not recommending this service center is due to several major issues with them in the past. This particular visit went well. More
